The Navigate Waiting Room is an online conference-styled event that inspires young people to be better while learning from the stories of others. One’s Navigation Story entails:
(a) Your background (family and academics).
(b) Your career path.
(c) Mistakes made and Successes attained.
(d) Where you are now with regard to your career.
It’s more or less about your becoming journey.
Mirabelle admonished young people never to undermine their abilities but to groom themselves so as to become better people. When you’re unsure of yourself, you tend to undermine your abilities and your skills. That’s because you do not know the full extent of your abilities and skills, and often you don’t know they exist. She said:
“Your WHY is simply the reason you do the things you do. It will be the reason you keep going even after your passion seems to fade away, even when competition seems stiff, even when there seems to be no profit. For some, their why could be that they had a terrible experience in the past and now they want others to learn from their mistakes. Or another why could simply be that they want to make money, etc.

The more you understand yourself, the less you’ll have people ride on you and take you for granted. When you understand yourself, you begin to see your worth and understand that you deserve better and can attain to better heights.
Sometimes imposter syndrome might get you down but one way to beat imposter syndrome is to affirm positive thoughts to yourself such as:
‘I attract the best and highest to myself. I see the best and the highest in everyone and they see the best and the highest in me likewise. I am all that God has destined me to be and there’s a lot more I can do through His plan for my life’.”
